Has anyone either bought or looked at buying in Merriden, WA? It is one of the larger regional towns in the central wheatbelt, 250km from Perth (small pop, however), and have any info they would like to share?
Has a lot of real estate for sale, from sub 100k, for a fibro shack to 400K (new builds, with 9yr leases, renting for 490/wk), and currently only 4 IP for rent on rea.com. Yields appear pretty good...
Thoughts anyone?
