Just in a need of Memorandum of Understanding template.I know there are few that i can find via Google search.
However, it would be a helpful, if you have one in context of building contract.
we are signing up a building contract with builder and there are few things that we discussed that are on Standard HIA contact but we wanted to write it out on piece of paper(MoU) so what is discussed verbally and agreed upon is document as a record for all parties involved.
