Does anyone on the forum have personal expierence in investing in Mount Isa?
Just want to get some advice.

There's at least a couple of other mines around Mt Isa that mine silver and zinc. I'm aware there's also uranium deposits around Mount Isa.

there is approx. 8 years left mining underground in town, and they are in the process of a feasibility study to extend the open pit in mount isa to a superpit (40 to 60 year mine life). George fisher mine is 20 k's north. multiple uranium deposits around mount isa also. legend holdings are in the process of getting a phosphate mine up and running as well which will have a processing facility to the south of mount isa. pretty sure they are still seeking government approvals.
