Cheers,
Jen

Hi Jen,

Good to hear from you again. I hope the phamacy goes really well, and am glad that you have both found a house to rent.

Regards Jason.

Hi Jen,

Congrats on your move. Good luck with the pharmacy.

We live at Wamberal, could not go back to Sydney now. You've chosen a great lifestyle!

It's a pretty close-knit community up here. Do you have children in school? Always a good way to make friends. . . .

Hi Josko,

Ooohhh, Wamberal is SO beautiful!!! You must be in heaven!!

No kids yet, we're just DINKS - doesn't seem to be too many of them around here, but it doesn't worry us either way....we're happy to meet anyone/everyone! :D

Cheers,
Jen

Woy Woy and Gosford area

Hi Guys,

Me and my partner thinking to move to Central Coast from Sydney, Eastern Suburbs. The price of the units and houses here are way too much for us. We were thinking about to move up to Woy Woy or Gosford or nearby. I strongly believe this disatance still fine for me to travel back to CBD where I'm working. I read your comments about the problems there, which are drugs and unemployed people and so on. It's scared me a bit also make me confuse which area would be the best for us. Im just wondering is anything changed in the last 6 years around that area? :) ( Unfortunatelly the money is big issue. For 4-500K we could by a small house, for that amount of money here just a bedroom apartment or studio is available.)
I would be really greatful if you could give us a fresh and new information about that area. Thank you for your support.
Cheers,
Monika

If you want to live and settle, I suggest East Gosford, 480-600k can get new 3bedroom house thats nice.

Erina is a good area. I live in Gosford CBD in apartment renting though, can tell you it's rough area. You hear random shouting at night sometimes. But its close walk to station :)

Has there been any improvement of the peak hour traffic in the eastern suburbs from Gosford, something you should experience if its still an issue.
Hopefully the West Gosford overpass will correct that problem when finished.

Just read the old posts. Has Gosford changed much since these posts? North, East and West Gosford. Which would you prefer for IP?
