Long time lurker, first time poster as they say.
Love the forum and the wealth of knowledge of members.
Have been researching property investment and kicking tyres for some time but its time to actually get started.
Have a brand new shiny trust for property acquisition and have just got MYOB to try and manage accounts for it. New to both. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for setting up the chart of accounts? Have used the property management template so far but wondering if people have suggestions for customising / inserting accounts that they have found useful?
