Hi nbn has been rolled out in my area. Existing copper adsl services will be switched off soon. Just wondering wjose responsibility it is to arrange the change over to nbn. Is it the tenant, landlord, pm? Thanks. Also is isp suppose to notify affected people before the switch off date?

tenant is responsible for their own internet connection (unless the internet is provided by the landlord as part of the lease)

Landlord would only be responsible as far as allowing NBNco to complete the installation of their equipment to the property

Yep, my friends in South Morang has got 2 or 3 notices by mail. They were reluctant to switch, but eventually they have done it.
