Need a BA (?) in Inner West Sydney to do an Inspection!

Hi there,

I'm looking to buy two properties in the Inner West. I am very good on my research, have a number of tools at my disposal to find the properties I am after. But alas, I am in Melbourne!

I was planning on jumping on a plane and flying up for some inspections, but was wondering, would a BA be an option for me to pay an 'Inspection and Opinion' fee to check out the odd house for me.

Any ideas? What sort of cost for such a service?

From what I understand a BA charges around $5K to research, inspect, recommend and negotiate deals. I just need the inspection rather than fly up as a second opinion.

Thoughts? References for someone to contact/

Better still, just buy one for yourself while you are out there inspecting for other clients.
