My company works Melbourne wide and although we are based in Moonee Ponds we do have property on the the south side of town. In fact I used to live in that are and we just sold a house in Murrumbeena, so I know it very well. If you are still stuck, or just for a chat, give me a call.. One bit of advice I will give you is that McKinnon High is highly sort after, so make sure your leases end in January.. If your tenants leave you will be in the market in the right time to catch families before school goes back..
