Just lost my property manager of 12 yrs and I need to replace an airconditoner - a split system for a bedroom. The old system is no longer in production, therefore no parts. The new property manager only gave me one quote with lots of numbers - would love to hear if there is any recommended firm in Brisbane around Sunnybank area who is reliable and reasonable in price.
