I'm currently in the final stages of our new build PPOR. We are using a reputable builder in WA however I have concerns regarding the quality of workmanship/finishes due to the current building boom in WA. Where once they would pride themselves in the quality of their product, it seems these days they'll employ anyone who'll show up on site.
Are there any people out here that have an opinion on using a professional company to do the pre-handover inspection? I've found various ones in other states, but havent seen any if WA that specialize in this sort of thing.
I want to make sure that if I go down this path that a thorough inspection takes place.
Any suggestions appreciated.
