Is anyone able to tell me what the "new" tag displayed for properties listed on re.com.au actually means. Eg. Was the property listed within a day, two days or a week and how long does the new tag stay on the property.
The reason I ask is I am in "discussions" with my new PM who is adamant that my IP was advertised for rent on re.com.au despite the fact I could not locate the ad.
I listed a new property with the PM and it took them almost 3 weeks to have photos displayed on their website and domain; however, I believe the re.com.au ad was only advertised a few days ago and they had forgotten therefore losing potential tenants.
I sent an email to re.com.au and they gave the standard privacy act answer that most companies do that have no idea about the privacy act. I was requesting the listing date for MY property and they said they could not give it out.
Any advice would be appreciated, if I find out they have lied to me it is time to get a new PM after only 4 weeks.
