What an amazing site this is, the amount of information available is unbelievable.
I'm looking at increasing my property portfolio from the 1 IP that I currently have. I would love to get together with like minded people to chat about ways of doing this and try to get my head around what is possible and what is not. There are so many success stories but I'm sure that there are just as many that aren't.
