Hi guys,
Just general ears dropping. Over heard what turned out to be a descent sized Auckland and Chritchurch developer, saying that he feels that south island residential is well over priced and is in for a rest. Give it two years to sort its self out.
What with rates approaching 10% perhaps he has a point.

I have been hearing that for the last three years I have been here yet Christchurch market has continued to rise around 10% each year.

The rates are a killer. Ouch.
