Hi all,
I've recently joined this newsgroup. I've read some very effective advise being exchanged and so was wondering if anyone could advise me on what track to take.
I'm a postgraduate student, on a scholarship. I have saved up about $20,000 and would like to know how to invest it wisely to earn some interest.
I there any way of getting into property investment (with a low risk ratio). Or should I look at Listed Property Trusts (as offered by Donovan Oates Hannaford, www.dohmorcor.com.au) or Fixed Rate Notes from companies or Debentures?
Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
