It's a pretty open ended question. The market for 280k units on Nesca Parade is very different to grand mansions on the Hill.

I'm actively looking at buying in the area from 300-500k so seeing a fair bit each weekend.
 
would also like to know what people think of newcastle cbd. What do people think about the growth and rental returns of all those buildings of units right on newcastle beach that go from 500k to 1 mill?? i always see newcastle get a mention as a hotspot in the property magazines.
