Nightmare tenants

Sez - I just found in NSW that "No Grounds" - notice during a periodic agreement (which they must now be on) - is 90 days. So even after the 90 days is up they can continue to stay?

I think I can comfortably presume that these PM's are now becoming aware of why I was complaining...
 
Hey Agenda - the tenant may not vacate at teh end of 90 days as per their notice, if they don't leave then the PM will have to apply to tribunal for possession of the premises (hearing takes approx. 2 weeks to schedule) and then book in the eviction which the police attend (approx. another 2 weeks to happen). So 90 potentially turns into 120.

Hopefully having difficulties with the tenant will further motivate the PM to get that tenant out of there!!
