Not able to claim Building Write Off Allowance

Hi,

I'm looking at a property nearly 50 years old that non longer I can claim Building Write Off Allowance. However the property has had some renovations done to it.

I believe the renovation is not older than 20 years. Can I still claim depreciation for the reno done? How am I suppose to calculate that in case there is no papers showing that?
