Off the plan in Liverpool NSW

CG in those older ones would have been decent if you bought in last year. I saw plenty at 190k and now nothing much under 240k at all.

And now there's nothing much under $300k almost 1 year on.
That's 25% rise.

The interesting thing is that prices have been kept up by investor demand + low interest rates + yields.
Once the rates go up, I think we may see a plateau in the growth or even a small drop.

OTP 2 bedders are now asking for 450K+
 
Yeah seems things have settled down a little now, really happy i bought back in 2012 my 2 bedder has performed really well
