Onbudsman for Property Management

Good Day,

Can anyone help me please? Where can I find a number for the Onbudsman that can help me with issues I have with my Property Management team. I am struggling for the last 9 months to get things done to my IP but nothing is getting done. I want to go to another PM team but I still have to be with my PM team for another 15 months and I don't want to do that. I want to change my PM company but not pay the exit fee.

ACCC? Or read the fine text in the contractual agreement that you signed (management authority). It may have a consumer complaints contact.
