Hi All,

We just got notification that a block we put a contract on has been accepted.

It was on the market for $250k - and we bought it for $232,500. It was the last remaining block...

We are going to build a house on this and live in it - and rent out the house we built earlier this year...

The block is on Kawana Island. The couple were seperating so I probably got some more 'leverage' from the situation.

theres that magic word again ....
