I am eyeing down a block in cashmere for an owner build property.
My research shows that houses in the street are all in the $750-$850k range where I can get the land for $460k roughly.
Assuming Build cost of $1500/m2 I was thinking this could be a good investment as a PPOR for a few years.
Just wondering what peoples perception of the area is??

Some really nice houses out there. And from my searching is one of the only places I can find 2ha so close to the city!
