i am from sydney and have an investment property in Oxley, just off englefied road, near the railway station, bought a house in 2006 (brand new, single, 4 bedder). Wanted to know if now would be a good time to sell, as i am looking at buying a house in sydney, or whether to wait. wanted to get some opinions from the locals up there, on what the feeling is like around that area, to see whether i should hold onto it for longer or test the market now.
