Painting a house in Melbourne

Hi forumates,

I need to paint and do some garden maintenance to a house (IP) in Mt Waverley, Melbourne. Can anyone recommend a reputable person for this job? If so, please let me know. I'm flying to Mel this weekend to check the IP. We had a lot of issues with the tenant. PM went to VCAT several times till finally got them out.

3 rooms and I'm not after a professional job. Will pay against invoice though. I'll be there Saturday 8-Oct. Please, send me a PM if you are interested.

I have the best and cheapest builder though if there is plastering repairing i dont know if he does that but for straight painting you cant get a better and cheaper and quicker job than my fellow. i'll pm you.
