A mate of mine is exuberant about parking spaces as investments. I wanted to get feedback from anyone on this boards on this. Personally, my gut feel tells me no, but reasoning through I can come up with access to credit as the only major potential downside (do banks offer the same LVRs for parking spaces???), apart from lack of emotional buyers to drive capital growth over time. The economics are different , but not that different to leasehold flats.
