Party over for NSW Central Coast holiday homes?

I wonder how long before holiday home owners mount a class action appeal to this Judge's decision?

I understand that the particular house in question was a problem for the neighbours BUT it seems the decision will have wider ramifications for the broader holiday house rental market (unless council step in with some zoning changes).

Ridiculous.

I used to live in Avoca Beach and had a few holiday houses around. Most were quiet most of the time, some were a bit noisy in summer. You deal with it.

People are far too prepared to whinge and moan about anything that inconveniences them now. Bugger the rest of society, I had to put up with a noisy party one night. I'm going to sue!

If a party is going on past the authorised times (10pm Sunday-Thursday nights, 12pm Friday and Saturday nights) call the police. You are well within your rights to do so.
