I wish it was coz i was loaded it a mix of being made redundant , not much in job market lost around 80% of our income so need to get the taxable income down for maximum benifit wish i didn't have 2 but needs must

Martin, get good tax advice.

A genuine redundancy is taxed on a different scale to "normal" income. It is worth paying an accountant to get it right (depending of course on the amount of the redundancy).
