Has anyone looked into the house and land packages at Birtinya Island on the sunshine coast? A master planned community by stockland and that is working pretty closely with the local council to set a new vision for the surrounding area.

Close to beaches
Island lifestyle
Waterfront walkways and parks on a lake
Planned town centre and business centre
Planned university hospital
Planned medical precinct
Planned bus major bus routes and train to Brisbane in the future?
Biggest concern would be an oversupply, however what are other people's thoughts?
