Perth flippers ?

Hi fellow investors
Have been an avid reader of this forum but until now have not posted......
My motivation for posting is to ask if there are any Perth people involved in flips ? , successful or perhaps not so successful at the moment ? ..... we have three properties and have hit the banks glass ceiling for lending ..... we wish to create a cash flow income to fund more properties , ......and have invested time in reading .....researching properties and figures ..... everything but submitting offers { paper trading in one sense ! } ...we may consider selling one property to free up equity .... but before we take that major step ....would like to be aware of any unforseen problems from experienced flippers ? so we are able to complete our written plan / strategy ....any comments or thoughts would be greatly appreciated . ....

Have you considered looking into Steve Navra's Cashbonds?

They are designed to get you past the servicability ceiling.

Do a search under 'cashbond' or have a look at steve's site.
