Perth SS's - Royal Street Tuart Hill - Too Busy?

I used to live on Glentworth St Tuart Hill.

We could hear Royal St all day long - especially at the Wanneroo Rd end.

Not so bad in the middle in between Wanneroo Rd and Main St, but intersections like Roberts Rd etc are really bad at any time of day for accidents and hoons.

Main St end is quieter than Wanneroo Rd, and close to a (as in singular) cafe (cafe ameretto) - i dunno about a "cafe strip" and there's not a train station within 7-8 mins drive (southern end of Main St, turn right onto scarb bch rd and there's Glendalough....) - you certainly wouldn't walk.

Royal St turns into Hutton St over Main St - so yes - fwy is close.

The first property I bought is in Tuart Hill, next the park behind BP and on the north side of Royal. When I was living there, I used to take the bus from Royal St or Main St, and Royal St is indeed very noisy being a major two-lane thoroughfare. If you could find a property one street back from Royal, Im sure youd be in a better position, with all the same convenience.
