I had Twinspectors carry out my inspection on the northside today. Prompt, down to earth and thorough. Great guys. Really useful feedback about what needs to be done, costs etc. report came through very quickly and fairly reasonable pricing. One of the lower quotes I received.

If anyone else is looking at this thread for recomendations, The first recommendation doesn't do pre purchase inspections.

I've used theinspector a few times now and they're very thorough and always happy to answer follow up questions. They seem to travel as well, having done B&P for me in Logan and then Bracken Ridge.
