this was the old '3rd bedroom' which was a walkthrough to the garage. We have put in a hallway to the garage with a door into the now new studio or bedroom if we ever sell. We were going to plaster but decided to paint instead.

this was a huge 2700L picture window built when you could look out to sea but 3 years ago they built a new house next door so we were looking at a blank wall and with all the windows in the house there was nowhere to put tv fire etc. so out it came. Still have to get plumber to take out the old reverse cycle unit. Not finished yet but you get the idea
