I'm settling on IP3 in early September and plan to give the place a quick freshen up before renting out.
I'm going to tackle the painting and tiling, but will need a plasterer to fix some holes and cracks, an electrition to replace fans and lights, and plumber that can proved a water consumption certificate.
It's only small jobs so wanted some one local who's happy to work at an hourly rate rather getting quotes etc.
Any recommendations/advice?
