PM for Brisbane inner south

Hi,

Any recommendations for a good PM in the area of Annerley / Fairfield in Brisbane inner south ?

This is an inter-state investment. I'm looking for reasonable rates (doesn't have to be cheapest) with good service. I have heard 6-7%, is that realistic / low / high ?

PM doesn't have to be in the area (but hopefully not too far), as long as they are good PMs .

Rents are expected around $350pw.

We use Pure Rentals, russellpeter posts on here, I believe they service this area.
So far so Good,
At $350,fixed priced Per year may not be the best option tho.
