Hi Peter, thanks for reply! Have you had good experiences with Lj hooker nerang? They are the agent I'm purchasing the IP through and have been great on the buying/selling side of things.

LJH do have a good reputation.

I live local, and have my office almost next to theirs.

If I had an IP local I would give them a go
