Hi all, novice with (almost) one IP - settlement is in three weeks - seeking advice: does anyone know a good PM (or bad one to avoid) in the Gosford area?
Also, there seem to be two types of PMs - those whose main business is PM and those whose main business is sales. The former seem to be a bit cheaper and are smaller outfits. Does anyone have any preference for one style or the other?
Would really appreciate any advice.
