I use Laing Simmons Blacktown. They're commission driven. They charge me 5.5%. If you let me refer you to them I get like a week or a month free commission.

have not had a bad experience with them. I used their tradies for other jobs in western sydney..
I have had a property that was about 25km from their office. Despite the 10+ open house before renting it out, they didn't complain.
