PM in Canberra, Inner South-Recommendations

Can anyone recommend a knowledgeable, experienced, hands on and tough property manager in Canberra, preferably in the Inner South. I want someone with balls who won't be bullied or pushed around by a difficult tenant; someone who knows his/her residential tenancy legislation and is not afraid to remind the tenant of the laws; someone who can give good advice and guide me as the owner; someone who will work for ME and not for the tenant and take the easy way out. thanks.

Hi property girl, this is not a recommendation :), however, I do have my own boutique size property management service (no sales, rentals only) and I cover the Inner South area. Happy to have a chat with you if you would like to talk to someone about property management and your options.

I thought so! Welcome to Somersoft :)

I didn't realise you had opened your own business.

If anyone is looking for a property manager in Canberra, Nikoletta is fantastic - highly recommend her. She looked after 2 of our properties for several years.

The above recommendation sounds pretty solid!

I don't own any Canberra IPs (yet!), but I can say that the lady leasing specialist at the Manuka Peter Blackshaw is really good. Don't remember her name unfortunately.

Our last private landlord brought a few agents over when we were leaving - most only spent a couple minutes in the place. This particular lady spent 30 odd minutes learning about the place and even fixed a few things. Pretty sure she was hired! :)

Thank you very much! :)

I know, I didn't inform you or others, I wanted to remain as ethical as possible given that I opened my business in the same industry..

Lovely to hear from you though, I hope you have been well.

Nikoletta is great.

You'd struggle to find a better PM in Canberra or Queanbeyan.

I have no issues referring my clients to her.

Cheers

I just wanted to bump up this post and give Nikoletta a big thanks (hope that's ok mods) - and also hope it's ok with Nikoletta (if you read this).

I self managed a property that sat vacant for a couple of months.

Nikoletta took over management just over a week ago - has tenants signed up and achieved a much higher rent than I had it advertised for....and in a market where vacancy rates are on the rise.

Awesome job :)

Cheers

Jamie
