I'm hoping to get some recommendations for a managing agent in the upper north shore of Sydney, having just had a bad experience. Someone who understands tenancy laws and is cognisant of a landlord's concerns, preferably!

My last agent caused me significantly more stress than when I managed it myself.

My last agent caused me significantly more stress than when I managed it myself.

Not sure exactly where you are located but you could try Naomi Spiteri at First National in North Sydney. I use her for an apartment there and she is excellent. I understand she can operate a bit beyond her patch as well.
