PM in Logan area

Hi,

Im going through all the PM's in the Logan area for our first IP in Loganlea. Settlement is in a week.

Just wondering if anyone has had experience with Remax - Lisa. Or Swan Real Estate - Leh?

Or does anyone have any suggestions? Want someone personal.

Swan RE seems to have a system where different roles are shared, such as a person for inspections, maintenance person, arrears person etc. Is this method effective? I worry that it may be less personal, and may have to deal with 5 different people just for one issue.

Help would be verryy much appreciated!! need a PM ASAP!!

We ended up going with Ley at Swan Real Estate, ended up getting fees for 6.5% which we're happy with as they usually charge 8%.

Hopefully all works out well. I'll keep your recommendation in mind if we're ever in need of a new PM though! Thanks
