My first IP reno nearly complete and it should be the time to looking for a good agent to let & manage it. I've had some appraisal from agents with the management fee range between 5.5-7%.
Is there anything else to consider to not go with the cheapest one? Any recommendation for good agent in the area would be greatly appreciated.
