I'm looking for a professional, value for money PM in Brisbane who can manage a few properties in Moorooka and Kelvin Grove, with the sole PM managing all properties.

i doubt will you find a pm who does moorooka and kg. get two pm's.

Peter at TPM does a good job with 4 of our properties in Brisbane.
Herston, Ashgrove, Red Hill & Cleveland.

Whatever you do DON'T use Rental Express. Worst PM we've ever dealt with.
