My old PM has now taken up a sales role (in the same company) and a new one has taken over. To say that I am less than impressed with the performance of this new PM would be an understatement - inspections were not done, does not know tenancy laws, not up to date with rental market etc. We have complained multiple times to the principal of the REA but no luck.
Can anyone recommend a good PM for this area (Caroline Springs or Burnside Heights)? We can't self manage as we are about to relocate interstate.
