Recommendation for PM in Caroline Springs

I would like to get some recommendations for a Property Manager in Caroline Springs. Currently my property is managed by YPA and I am not happy with their services and would like to move it to someone else.
Every month I had to call them to credit the rental money as they tend to delay the payment. I don't know the reason. The person whose is in charge for rentals doesn't handle the accounts so she doesn't have a clue whether the rent is paid or not.

Does anyone recommend a good PM for Caroline Springs? If possible please do indicate the commission charged by the PM.
