Thanks thetom. Are these guys managing a property for you at present? How did they go setting rental price for the area- did it rent quickly? And have they had to manage any difficult situations for you?

We have 2 IP's in the area. We had our second with them and after a few months they gave us confidence to bring over our first. They have handled the non paying tenant that we bought over from the other management agency very well. What it took the other management agency 3 weeks to do has taken Homes4u 3 hours.
