Just had another very well positioned rental property come my way here in Newcastle.
Was $269K, now listed at $249K but I can negotiate to about $220K.
Returning $400pw rent.
I can't buy this one at the moment and am willing to pass it on.
Thanks for all of the calls for the last one I found- unfortunately it sold before the calls came in. If anyone is serious in a positive geared property here in Newcastle please call me ASAP!
This is not a flip. But I would welcome the opportunity to do the finance if anyone wants it.
