Positive Property Investing

I would run away just on the sound of the company name.... Using the word "positive" can be like honey to bees in the RE game.

Usually $9000 but today only $99. Roll up, roll up

Seriously know nothing of them, so my comments are completely based on bias, but would suspect there is more knowledge from less self interested people on this forum.

"Access to high growth high cash flow hot spot property alerts"

Code for:

"This is the properties we get commission on"

Quote:

"Direct access to finance, tax, SMSF and risk specialists"

Code for:

"These are the specialist we will refer you to because we get a commission for doing so"

Marketing gimmick to get people in their system. Why not just be straight up with people without all the hype!

One of the few times I agree with Colin :p

I saw this ad on LivingSocial for a portfolio building coaching program run by this mob for $99 (supposedly usually around $9,000). Have any of you heard of them? Wondering if it's worthwhile doing seeing as it's only $99 (though of course this is what they could be hoping everyone thinks).

Any thoughts?

This is the link to the deal

I saw this a couple of weeks ago and had a laugh, I mean $9000, they will do it for free, the process for these guys and others is to meet with you, or get you in the door, they will pay you to do that. Once you are in the door they will paint a positive picture of property and 'sell' the product, i.e provide a cash positive scenario for yourself based on your personal cuircumstance. I highlight many of these property advisors are not licensed to provide financial product advice.

Looking at the deal today, it has expired and 18 people purchased it, so that is a possible 18 sales for the mob, so good luck to them and their clients.
