Can anyone recommend a good agent to sell my property in Darwin ? Otherwise any agents in particular to keep away from ?

Any traps/tricks to watch out for in particular when selling a property ?

The person you are dealing with (when selling or leasing your property) is more important than the agency they work for. If someone recommends a particular agency to you, I would be asking them - specifically, who in that agency they recommend.
