Selling agent recommendation - NSW 2760

Hi all
Does anyone have a recommendation for a good selling agent for an investment property in the 2760 area? And what is considered a competitive commission rate at the moment?

If you want the absolute top dollar regardless of ethics of sale process, you cant go past Starr Partners.

Otherwise I can recommend Laurie/Angelo from The Professionals St Marys/Erskine Park, or Kristy/Joey from Elders Penrith as some of the best agents to deal with as a buyer.
