after seeing the seemingly endlessly increasing stream of new people on the forum wanting to invest in property.

I've worked out how to make my fortune!!

I will develop a internet housing development that utilises computers to do all the day to day chores. Notice that I have mentioned the internet and property in the one investment.... how is it possible for the investment not to skyrocket in value. Mind you the profit (or cashflow) from this venture will not be seen for a few years however that doesn't matter.... capital growth is what it is all about!!

So anyone thinking about investing in property in the next few months, check this investment out.

p.s. The developer of this scheme retains the rights to sell off his shares as suck oppss investors place their capital into the development.

I have a cousin who has succesfully launced five IPO's on the share market , and a sister who runs a company who specialises in taking really great ideas like yours to successful fruition.

I think we can work something out.

You sound as if you could have some profitable contacts.... My belief is that big money is made by creating a company and making it profitable, however there is a degree of risk associated with that... well for me with minimal business experience.

I also believe there are great opportunities to weave the internet within your business however the fundamental business idea should still be sound. My aim is to invest in property and learn more business skills to hopefully make some money one day.... without comprising my ethical standards in an attempt to make a quick buck.

I just hope each new property investor is investing because the numbers stack up and not because property investing is the thing to be in now that the whole technology bubble has been deflated.
