PS This post is not investment advise, and should not imply any guarantee by the poster , that the property market will indeed increase in value .
PPS Please seek independent investment advise from some one who is legally qualified to give you such advise, so you have someone to sue , just on the off chance that their guaranteed to work plan doesn't work.

Please do not interpret this last comment as in anyway implying that you have a right to sue you professional advisor in case their advise turns out to be incorrect. To be certain of your legal rights in this situation you should seek legal advise from a suitably qualified lawyer as to what your rights are in this situation.
PPPS Please do not assume that the above comment implies that if you do get legal advise , that the advise you receive from an appropriatly qualified lawyer , will actually prove to be correct . It may turn out to be incorrect when other opinions are sought
PPPS... oh ... bugger ... forgot what I was going to say , but I reserve the right to change/ delete / alter / add to any comments I have made , in case they imply I have any level of competence in regards to the contents of this post
